Manufacture Warranty and Defects

We strive to send out the best quality but understand that some defects may be missed. Sweet Cheeks Diaper Co provides a 30 day manufacturer warranty from the date order is received. The warranty includes; elastics, delamination, snaps, stitching, and damaged PUL.

Warranty doesn't include; repelling, leaks, staining, discoloration, odor, or elastics past the stated warranty date.

Return & Exchange Policy

Here is our return and exchange policy:

We accept returns and exchanges of new and undamaged items within 14 days of the date the items were delivered. Please include order number and reason for return in your package. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. We also require that you cover the cost of shipping to return or exchange items.

Once return package is received items will be looked over and a refund will be issued minus the restocking fee and shipping. If exchanging and invoice will be sent for the new shipping cost.

Returned Packages:

If a package is returned due to wrong address by customer or unable to be delivered we are not responsible for cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages:

Once a package has been shipped, Sweet Cheeks Diaper Co is no longer responsible. We will do our best to assist you with USPS to try to find your lost package or file a claim.
